Gorge slope above Tony Hollow. In the draw below the point, ca.100 m south, is a Tsuga canadensis/Rhododendron maximum forest (BLUE.87). On the ridge break above the point ca. 70 m SE BLUE.88. It is a similar community but, there is more clear dominance by Kalmia here than in the plot.;Steep gorge slope with a Quercus prinus/Kalmia latifolia xeric forest. The litter layer is patchy and mostly found on the uphill sides of trees.
